About the course
The course blends in perfectly over more than 600 acres of rolling hills in Alpharetta, Georgia, known for its tranquil horse farms and lush polo fields.
The site of Echelon is especially appealing. The golf course that will challenge every level of player.
With striking elevation changes and playing 7,558 yards from the back tees, the challenge is evident. But by offering five sets of tees on each hole, so is Echelon’s ability to level the playing field and keep the game fun and forgiving.
Course designer Rees Jones describes the course,
“The style of a course is dictated by the contours of the land. The importance of the visual impact of a golf hole from the tee should never be underestimated.
Natural elements are embellished and created elements are made to look natural. Every design is customized to enhance what nature offers, always with a sensitivity to environmental issues.”
